Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2026
1. Purpose
These Terms of Service (hereinafter "ToS") govern access to and use of the corelayer0 service, published by iojik SAS, a simplified joint-stock company registered in the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 994 122 018 (hereinafter "iojik" or "we").
corelayer0 is a service that transforms an OpenAPI specification into a hosted Model Context Protocol (MCP) server, accessible via a stable URL by any compatible LLM client.
2. Access to the Service
Access to the service requires creating an account with an email address and password. No authentication via third-party providers (Google, GitHub, etc.) is offered.
The user must be a legal adult or a legal entity authorised to enter into contracts. By registering, the user declares that they have the required legal capacity.
3. Service Description
corelayer0 transforms an OpenAPI specification into a hosted MCP server, accessible from any compatible LLM client. The user imports their specification, selects the endpoints to expose, and receives a ready-to-use MCP URL. The service handles outbound authentication to the target API.
The service is provided "as is". Available features may evolve; new features are subject to these ToS unless otherwise stated.
4. User Obligations
The user agrees to:
- Not import OpenAPI specifications they are not authorised to access.
- Not use the service to relay calls to third-party APIs in violation of their terms of use.
- Not attempt to circumvent usage limits, quotas, or the service's authentication mechanisms.
- Maintain the confidentiality of their MCP tokens and account credentials.
- Not use the service for illegal purposes or purposes contrary to public order.
5. Intellectual Property
iojik holds all rights to the corelayer0 service, its source code, documentation, and interfaces. The user retains full rights over their OpenAPI specifications and the data from their target API.
Use of the service does not grant the user any intellectual property rights over the service itself.
6. Availability and Maintenance
iojik endeavours to ensure service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance operations may cause temporary interruptions, with or without prior notice depending on urgency.
The free plan does not include any service level agreement (SLA).
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, iojik shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
iojik is not responsible for the content of imported OpenAPI specifications or the responses returned by the user's target APIs.
8. Termination
The user may request account deletion at any time by emailing dpa@corelayer0.com. Deletion results in the immediate and irreversible deletion of all associated projects and MCP servers.
iojik reserves the right to suspend or delete an account in the event of a breach of these ToS, without notice or compensation.
9. Changes to the ToS
iojik may modify these ToS at any time. Users are notified by email at least 15 days before significant changes take effect. Continued use of the service after this period constitutes acceptance of the updated ToS.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These ToS are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and in the absence of an amicable resolution, the competent courts of Paris shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
